3.Online orders — POSbistro system
We take online orders through an external ordering system provided by POSbistro. It is displayed on the “Order online” page and operates under rules set by its provider. The data you enter in an order (including any payment details) is processed by that system; the provider’s role and processing rules are described in its own privacy policy, available in the ordering module. Please read it before placing an order. If you prefer not to use the module, you can order by phone on +48 535 695 230.
4.Recipients
Service providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting; servers in the EU region, Frankfurt), OVH (domain and e-mail), Cloudflare (domain name system, DNS), the provider of the online ordering system (POSbistro), Google (map, only if you load it), and authorities where required by law. The company that builds and maintains this website processes data (e.g. hosting logs) solely on our behalf and on our instructions. We do not sell data.
5.Transfers outside the EEA
The site is hosted in the EU region, but Vercel Inc. and Google are US-based, so their processing may involve transfers outside the EEA. These rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (where the provider participates) or standard contractual clauses. For transfers by the ordering system provider, see its privacy policy available in the ordering module.
6.Retention
Server logs: for the period necessary for security and diagnostics, as set by the hosting provider. E-mail correspondence: 12 months after the last message on the matter, longer if needed to defend or pursue claims. Online order data: for the period resulting from the ordering system provider’s rules (see its privacy policy); accounting records are kept as long as tax law requires. Map: per Google’s rules.
7.Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Contact: kontakt@pizzapobrzegi.pl. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
8.Cookies and embeds
Cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) are small pieces of data stored in your browser.
What we do. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your language is determined by the page address and is not stored.
Google Map. In the Contact section the map loads only after you click “Show map”. Your browser then connects to Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. If you do not click, nothing is sent to Google. You can also open the location in Google Maps in a new tab using the adjacent link.
Online ordering. The “Order online” page displays a module from an external provider (POSbistro). The module may store its own data in your browser that it needs to work (e.g. basket, session), under the rules described in its privacy policy available in the module.
Managing cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the ordering module’s cookies may prevent you from placing an order.
